Entry Requirements for the CACHE Level 2 Certificate for Teaching Assistants:

• A good standard of written and spoken English
• An interest in supporting pupils in school and the way in which they learn
• A willingness to support children in school (either paid of voluntary) for at least 3 hours each week (total of 120 hours) during the course
• A Criminal Records Bureau enhanced clearance (we will perform this for you, if you have not had one in the last 12 months)

Entry requirements for the CACHE Level 3 Certificate for Teaching Assistants:

• Any Level 2 qualification for Teaching Assistants
• Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a school
• A willingness to work as a Teaching Assistant (either paid or voluntary) for at least 6 hours each week (total of 240 hours)
• A good standard of written and spoken English
• A Criminal Records Bureau enhanced clearance (we will perform this for you, if you have not had one in the last 12 months)
