WILL YOUR QUALIFICATION BE WORTH THE PAPER IT's WRITTEN ON?

Are you a bit confused by all the different courses on offer and the providers offering them, our checklist should help you to make the right decision for you…

To help you to see the options that The Teaching Assistant College offer we have coloured them in green…

Do you like the way that the provider is asking you to study – mainly reading through paper-based materials, attending an FE college with weekly lectures in a classroom or studying online with a wide range of activities?

Is the qualification you will gain nationally recognised with an approved awarding body e.g. CACHE, OCR, BTEC, NCFE, City & Guilds?
This is essential for schools to recognise your qualification, visit the CACHE website at www.cache.org.uk for more information.

Will your tutor support you throughout the course, if so how, will you be able to access your tutor to ask questions whenever you want to?

Is the provider checking that the course is right for you by completing an application pack and offering you a place or are you able to just pay and start, does it seem they’re only interested in your money?

If you have any more questions you would like answered by The Teaching Assistant College, we will be more than happy to answer them – email enquiries@tacollege.com
